  1. I'm eating about 20g carbs a day. I generally run a few hours after lunch and have a glass of water before I go and when I get back, as well as staying hydrated throughout the day. Some people like exercising while fasted but I don't feel well when I do that. If I felt the need for fuel before starting I'd probably do a shot of heavy cream or half a protein shake. My energy seems to be increasing the more I run!!
  2. I have a Norwe belt from Amazon, cost about $12. It's a smooth, slightly stretchy fabric and has plenty of room. I don't even notice it after I've put it on.
