So I didn't run for 20 minutes.... I ran for 25!!! I felt so so good so I kept going. 25 minutes of running and 10 mins walking I was at 3.1 miles. So proud of myself! Now that I know I can do this I might not use the app anymore and just start building off the 25 minutes. So excited and proud!

It seems like the 20 minute run is kinda out of nowhere? Then it goes back down to running 5 and 8 minutes. How does this make any sense? It seems like W6D1 and W6D2 should be before w5d3.

Running with a stroller is definitely harder. I was jogging on a different program of trying to get to 5k in just 30 days. I got to 8 minutes of jogging before hurting myself from pushing too hard. Now starting all over with this app... I can tell it's harder cause when my husband runs with me I'll make him push the stroller and I feel like I could jog forever without it! But it'll make you stronger in the long run for sure!! My husband regularly does 5ks but he gets exhausted when using the stroller... so when I get to the point of doing 5ks... I'll be stronger than him!

Is there a way to manually add calories and distance ran? This morning I did my first day using the free version and liked it enough to get the pro version but I'd like it to reflect the calories burned which I know because I also used map my run. Any way to do this? ?
