Today was my week 4, day 1 and it kinda kicked my butt lol I was lazy all weekend ... so thats why. I love that it ended with jogging before the cool down.
what week/day are you on?
MFP is for counting calories for food and exercise you can use another app like MapMyFitness or C25K and connect the accounts and it will add your calories you burned to MFP from the other app
