Augy, how did you download the C25K program into ifit? We just ordered a new treadmill w/ ifit, and I'd like to do the same thing for my wife in having it automatically adjust as she is working out...would love to hear how you did it. A bit surprise the ifit library doesn't have a C25K program in it...
