How do you control your breathing? I just completed week 1 day 1 and I was so out of breath on the jogging parts. I found if I slowed my pace down that helped, would it be ok to jog in place?
Hi everyone I'm 59 and today I completed week1 day 1 today. I attempted yesterday but didn't make it past the 2nd 1 min jog. Successful today.
Is it best to rest a day between each day?
