I made it to week 5day 2 ,and started having top of foot pain on left foot. I think I was running to often sometimes and not taking a rest day. I now haven't been able to run for eight or nine days, and tried to run last night and it was o.k but the next morning my foot started hurting again!!! Am I getting something wrong when running to hurt my foot?
Silicone mats - the "name" brand is Silpat, but there are a few others. I have a Silpat somewhere in the toolbox I used as a culinary student. That thing saved my butt when we made grated cheese crisps and pulled sugar designs!
Hey Beachgirl, glad ou are back. Missed you. I love the MFP app. You can set how may calories a day you want and it will adjust as you workout too. My food and workouts are great, its those dang cocktails on the weekend. LOL, lil boogers add calories, hee hee
