You could start with little walks, just a 10minute walk around the block. After a week or two (depends how you're feeling) You could hop to speedwalking or maybe even running.

When you feel that you want to run then do it! But dont get too tired. Get used to the way you ran before.

I would wait till you get the all clear from your OB. Give yourself a break, you just made a human being. I had one 7 months ago and just felt ready.
