Finally starting

Hi all, I'm going to try this couch 2 5k for the second time, with the holidays around the corner and a wedding 9/12/15 I am motivated. Please send me tips or other suggestions I can follow at home or at the gym. I am currently tracking my fitness pal. Do you think it's ok to do the weeks training everyday for that week?

Congratulations on starting C25K again and on your upcoming wedding! I do workouts 5 days per week and have had no ill effects but I also have some background in running and having a prior workout base. If you are starting with no true physical activity history I would not recommend going 5 days as your body needs the days off to recuperate and to prevent injury. Good luck!
