Azatol
I'm a neutral runner and have been running in Nike Pegasus 31s. Today I switched the Brooks Glycerin 12s and it's like going from a Toyota Corolla to a Cadillac. My feet are in love.
dgirard
Sdbeachgirl, I've been running in Nike Shox. They are really stiff and clunky, but I got them before I started running. They have a huge heel. I've been looking at buying a pair of shoes that are more minimal, but I really don't know what's best for me. It also seems like quite an investment! As far as surface, I've been running on the streets in my neighborhood, but yesterday I found a really nice dirt trail close to my house that I will probably keep using. Britny17
I love my GT 1000 3 by Asics. Also love Brooks Ariel. I'm a footwear sales associate so I get to try severalbrands and styles of shoes... But those two were among my favorites- also enjoyed the asics Nimbus 15. I was born with flat feet (no arches) and wouldn't have been able to walk correctly or run-ever. I got a surgery to correct what it could but I will always need shoes with great support. I'm also and overpronater. IF others have any issues finding good support I'd also suggest looking into Superfeet insoles. They are amazing-but you need to find one that best fits you. They feel hard to touch, they aren't meant to feel squishy or cushioned-they are mainly about support. But trust me when I say your feet will love them!
