Brielle80
I’m starting to run again and I’ve always had problems keeping energy while running. I have to be gluten free for medical reasons. One way to keep a healthy yet high energy diet for running is eating multi grain bread and eating carbohydrates with low saturated fat and cholesterol. I’ve been advised not to eat gluten free multi grain bread though since they put other ingredients in it that aren’t healthy. What has worked for you?
