Complete newbie here!  I am 55 and do yoga and pilates.  I was going to the gym 2-3 times a week but with the closures, I have really fallen off the cardio.  Any tips on getting at it?  I was up to walking on the treadmill at a pretty good clip (not running) with incline but haven't done much cardio since March.
