I’m competing in my first half this weekend When starting the full marathon programme do I need to start at week 1, as it seems to be going backwards? Sorry if this seems a bit thick!! Crabapple Posted December 6, 2019 Report Share Posted December 6, 2019 I wouldn't. I would look at the app and decide where I thought I could begin, and start there.
