I’m competing in my first half this weekend When starting the full marathon programme do I need to start at week 1, as it seems to be going backwards? Sorry if this seems a bit thick!! So will be an excellent runner if she takes it slow. I am not an expert but I am a human being who has some experience of running and maybe that is what you need bet365 hrvatska. A running club might help if it has a complete beginner section but my experience of the running clubs here (England) the running clubs beginner section has slow runners but they run non stop and run 5 miles in less than an hour (usually 50 mins) which as a beginner I would never have been able to do.
