I want to adjust routine with c25k

You're supposed to run 3 days a week, walk 3, so you could do the others on your walking days.

For example, Mon, Wed, Fri - run

Tues - squats

Thurs - pushups

Sat - sit-ups

Or you could do pushups and situps on run days, since they are upper body. Just wait a few hours between the exercise and the run. As for which one (exercise or run) to do first, do the one you want to be best at first.

So, in closing, don't get a puppy if you can't love it as a dog because it's no longer cute. DO NOT give animals as gifts, unless you know that person or child has been wishing forever for a pet. Don't get a rabbit for your kid at Easter, or a duck or dyed chick https://www.animalpicturesociety.com/leopard-cat-134d . Don't give up on your pet when it has some behavioral issue when it can be solved. DO, without hesitation, SPAY OR NEUTER your pet before four months. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that animal because you chose that four-legged creature. He or she is your family now and you don't just drop family off at a shelter because you're tired of them. DO THINK BEFORE DOING!
