What week did your body change?

Hi all,

W3 Day 2 here. Definitely feeling the burn. I believe I have noticed my body change in terms of posture and slimming down. I think I look less bloated, but I don't know whether I am imagining things or whether this is what I should be expecting as a beginner runner. My partner says he sees a minor change but unsure whether he was just saying that to make me feel better. :D

What week did your body change, and when did other people start to notice?

When you first start keto, you’ll probablly feel confused and overwhelmed by all of the information out there.
