Week one in the books just finished wk1 day 3. It’s a start. 51, heart attack and triple bypass survivor 3 years ago.   New pipes seem to be working fine, didn’t find week one that bad. I am  Sure it gets harder.  Treadmill only though. 6mph run and 3.5mph walk.  Is that the right pace ?

Week  two now in the books.  Just finished wk2 day 3.   Not that bad. Def more challenging than week one of course.  Kept speed the same for both weeks.  3.5 walk. 6.0 run on treadmill.  Don’t know if that’s what I am supposed to be doing. But I can do it so I am thinking that it’s right ??  No info on the app about pace at all.   Any advice always appreciated.  Thanks !

Week 3 day 3 complete.  Felt pretty decent after 3 weeks and all was good.  Just finished week 4 day 1.  Not so easy.  I finished everything except the very last minute of running. Had to walk.  But I said I owed the app one more minute of running.  So I walked until I got wind back and then ran for one more minute to at least running for the total amount of minutes required. But felt disappointed.   Speed is 3.5 walk and 6.0 run.  May have to back down the run speed so don’t have to walk for very last minute.  We shall see.  No one responding to posts so think it’s just me out here.
