Crabapple Posted January 28, 2019 Report Share Posted January 28, 2019 My research into running says that we should run 3 days a week, walk 2 or 3 days a week, and rest one day a week. The schedule I have chosen is to run Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. I walk on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays, and rest on Sundays. I hope this helps.
