Pres1878 Posted August 26, 2018 Report Share Posted August 26, 2018 Hi I'm just starting my third week on CK25k. I'm doing it on the treadmill at my local gym. But I'm curious at what sort of setting I should be on. I have never ran before. So it's new to me. I put the machine settings on random. And for walking speed.I have it set at 6.0 and running speed at 11. Should I be looking at lower speeds. Sometimes it's really tiring when the incline is on the higher settings.
