I used to run around 5 miles a day no prob in my 20’s then in my early 30’s I fractured my tibia/ found out from surgeon 4 years later running won’t hurt my knee. So- I’m on week 7 day 3 and I love this app! I’m just now writing bc I bought the whole suite and realized never signed in- 25 min non stop is where I’m at- I’m LOVING IT! Hello to the community ! :)
