newbierunner Posted February 9, 2018 Report Share Posted February 9, 2018 Just started the program this week. Day 1 was great, Day 2 a little more difficult- pretty sore. I noticed when I woke up the following morning that my ankles were a little swollen as well as my toes. Anyone else experience this?
