Repeat a week

If you want to do week 4 again, all you have to do, when you're about to do the run, is press on the day you want to redo, then press "start". It will warn you that you're about to erase the record and if you say that's okay, it will start that day's run again. If you want to repeat a week, I'd recommend writing down your time and distance, either on paper or in another app like Google Fit, etc.
