Have been walking for the last 7 months no stamina for run

I've  been walking since last april or may with intervals of running in between. The thing is whenever i try to run i can never keep up running as i get tired  and out of breath. I just discovered this app today, and I'm  planning to start from tomorrow morning  even though its a sunday.  Can someone  help  me out?  

Plus i walk on sloping road.
