I then realized I wasn't supposed to run 3 days in a row. WHERE do I find a weekly schedule which tells when to run and when to rest. I'm using C210K. However, base on your target and running "power" right now you should have one for your own. I'll help you. First, you should tell me: - How old are you? - How long have you run? - The longest distance you could run? - What's gears you're using ?
