Running for my dad!

Hi there! I am on week 7 and jogging up to 25 minutes which is crazy considering when I started this I thought I was dying after 60 seconds! I am pushing myself to do this as my dad is terminally ill and every time I want to stop I think about how much he would love to just walk a short distance without being weak! I'm curious what happens after week 8? What have you done to keep up the workout???
