Intermittent fasting combined with low carb when eating. Limit to 25g carbs a day and eat only in 8 hr window as much as you need to feel satiated.no eating in 16 hrs. You will she'd fat and pounds fast.

My reply is late by 2 years. But if it could help anyone one read that thread.

You can't lose fat in one spot specifically. You just have to lose fat up untill you're content with the fat lost in the belly region.

Your body is tbe one that choses the areas that will lose fast first. It is often said that the parts of your body that get fat the first are the one that will lose fat the last. But I don't know if that claim is backed by science data.

I recommand you to be careful about your calories that you get and you burn. you should burn more calories than get during the day. its better that you eat foods by more proteins and low carbs like eggs and chicken. and if you can do exercise you should burn calories by do workouts like 1 hour a day.

Hi,

I am a couple of years late on this but if this helps other readers then nothing like it.

I agree with the above comment that fat loss cannot be targeted & basis my experience I can say that belly fat is the last that leaves you so be persistent on your diet & workout.

Keep your proteins high while the carbs in control and push your self through the gym training. Doing a lot of compound exercises would help expedite the process.
