Gman91 Posted July 10, 2017 Report Share Posted July 10, 2017 Hello all, I just finished day one and feel like i did fairly well. Is it a bad idea to run every day if my legs are up to it? You could do some other form of exercise, maybe cycling or swimming, but don't overdo it. Running is very hard on your body, and if you take it too fast you may end up injured.
