NewYoungRunner Posted June 28, 2017 Report Share Posted June 28, 2017 I just started week 3 of the C25K, as the running part may be getting easier, I am having trouble pacing myself. I tend to get tired quicker and I don't have a ton of energy towards the end. I am new to running and I am open to all tips, help, and really, anything about everything that can help me improve.
