Aalston Posted June 20, 2017 Report Share Posted June 20, 2017 I just wanted to introduce myself I reluctantly attempted to try this app because I have been one of those people that has had a hate relationship with cardio for very long time. I have been exercising for over 20 years at one point in my life I was a fitness instructor I was doing CrossFit for 2 1/2 years. I got to the point where I would avoid WODS that had running in them because I compared myself to everyone else and it was just too hard. Even though I've done all of that I have still not managed to keep weight off. I plan my workouts for the week I even meal prep on Sundays but for some reason after about four or five months of doing a work out plan I begin to lack motivation. A coworker of mine who used to feel like I felt about running started running and she looks great and she has inspired me to give it a try.
