I decided I need to start running again as I'm about to turn 30 and need to quit smoking and taking care of myself again. My new hubby had me join a gym but I think I've gone all of 5 times in 3 months. 

I have a 3 year old daughter and a border collie (who needs exercise) so I thought we could go together.

I used to run marathon distances but never raced when I was in my early 20s but becoming a nurse and a mom changed my time availability but I think that's just an excuse.

motivation would be greatly appreciated!
