Hi everyone! I've never done anything like this, but I've started and quit way too many fitness ventures and I'm pretty determined this time around. I've heard that reaching out and having a community to help keep you in check is beneficial, so here I am! I had a baby 5 months ago and I haven't lost a single pound since I came home from the hospital. Everyone tells me "it's ok, you just had a baby" but time is flying by and that excuse won't work for much longer. I was 120lbs before I got pregnant and extremely confident - I want to feel that again. I have about 30 lbs to lose but I'm willing to put in the work. I would really love any tips for success with this app! I've never been a runner (EVER) but I'm looking forward to pushing myself outside of my comfort zone!
