Lofty goals

Hi! Total newbie here. I've never been much of a runner, in fact, I'm quite a couch potato. I have decided it's time to give it a go because I'm ready to be healthy!

I recently signed up for the St. Jude Children's Hospital 10k in December. I hope that with this app, personal drive and some external motivation, l will be able to complete the run. Any tips are appreciated!!
