cherylcory Posted May 23, 2017 Report Share Posted May 23, 2017 I repeated week 1 for the last 4 weeks. At least now it's just my calfs aching and shins have stopped causing me pain. I'm 54 and have never run in my life and I have about 40lbs to lose. Should I go onto day 2 on Thursday or keep repeating day 1 till I get through it?
