Jgunner18 Posted May 4, 2017 Report Share Posted May 4, 2017 I've been enjoying C25K and making progress. I'm on week 6 and am now running 20 min but I'm not making the distance only the time. When I push myself I become out of breath. Should I repeat previous workouts or just keep going doing the time but not the distance??
