  1. I'm getting discouraged because I'm running the prescribed time but not making the duration. Need some motivation and advice. When i speed up my breathing becomes labored and forces me to slow down.
  2. I've been enjoying C25K and making progress. I'm on week 6 and am now running 20 min but I'm not making the distance only the time. When I push myself I become out of breath. Should I repeat previous workouts or just keep going doing the time but not the distance??
