Jonny Tre
Just started week 2 and I still can't make it past the halfway mark! It got so bad today I almost threw up. I have slowed down, I am breathing deeply, I am focusing on my technique. I just don't get why I can't even make it through the first phase of this program! Any advice is appreciated. torus_ot
Try to brisk walking instead of running. Can you do it? The other reason could be "focusing on the technique". Try to let your mind wander around, listen to the music or book.
Jonny Tre
I took your advice and alternated between a casual walking pace and a quick walking pace and it's working! I am able to get through the 1/2 hour no problem. Next stage I start jogging! Thanks!

WV123128
I have the same problem. I am on Week 4 and repeating it. I can't get past the 5 min job. I actually trot and am very very ver slow. I get the throwing up feeling quite often and have hard time breathing just walking up a steep hill. Where I ususally do my workout it's all flat. So when I walk a hill, I feel like I'm dying. I need to stick with this because my husband just sent me a trail cam pic from our yard of me last evening, and that pic made me almost throw up. I have a long way to go but working til the end. Keep it up.
