Helenm Posted March 28, 2017 Report Share Posted March 28, 2017 I'm on Week 1 Day 3 and I'm able to do 2.8km pushing a pram in 30 mins but I'm finding it really hard and I don't know if it's my fitness level or I'm pushing myself to hard.
