Flowinghair Posted February 23, 2017 Report Share Posted February 23, 2017 I'm going to start my first run tomorrow. I tried using C25K once before but I fell behind on my days and just quit. I'm trying to lose a little weight before the weather warms up. I like the program and I think I'll be successful using it as long as I stick with it.
