Avril Posted February 6, 2017 Report Share Posted February 6, 2017 Hi, I am just about to finish week 8 and love being able to get out there and run 5kms. My ultimate goal is to run 10K which I have the app for but I'm worried that gong from running 30mins straight to breaking it down into lots of. 10 and 15 mins etc might reduce my ability to get out there and run 5km in one hit after working so hard to get there.
