MsGreen
Is it realistic that I'd actually improve that drastically at squats (or push-ups or sit-ups) by only doing these workouts with increases just 3 days per week? Or should I be doing this everyday??
bstay2
Your body needs to rest. Muscles grow stronger not during the exercise ..... but during rest periods. I use another app called FitNotes - Gym Workout Log to track my exercises, like how much weight and how many reps.
livenlift
Your body need to rest. Muscles grow stronger not during the exercise ..... but during rest periods. What he said. You can do it every other day. I normally squat every other day, though I don't increase the weight that much. I'd add up a few pounds the following week. That worked for me.
