bellatrix3 Posted December 18, 2016 Report Share Posted December 18, 2016 Hello! I started the program today and really enjoyed the first day. I'm not a runner, but I've always wanted to be. I was wondering if anyone else here is going to be following c25k AND the WW program? I'm 28, work full time, have a 1.5 and 2.5 year old, and I'm a grad student. I'll be trying this program because I've never been a runner but I want to get healthier! bellatrix3 Posted January 15, 2017 Author Report Share Posted January 15, 2017 Awesome! I'm on Week 4 Day 2 now and find eating weeklies helps with weight loss. I was just eating dailies and maintaining my weight. Pairing c25k with the Wendie Plan (spreading weeklies throughout the week for high point days and low point days) has been working great so far.
