  1. Awesome! I'm on Week 4 Day 2 now and find eating weeklies helps with weight loss. I was just eating dailies and maintaining my weight. Pairing c25k with the Wendie Plan (spreading weeklies throughout the week for high point days and low point days) has been working great so far.
  2. Hello! I started the program today and really enjoyed the first day. I'm not a runner, but I've always wanted to be. I was wondering if anyone else here is going to be following c25k AND the WW program? I'm 28, work full time, have a 1.5 and 2.5 year old, and I'm a grad student. Obviously finding time is a challenge but I'm up for it.
