Steve81
Hi my name is Steve and Im just a few years older but in similar position. Did my first run last night and was surprised how I felt this morning. Certainly feels good to be that bit more active. Pien
Hi. My name is Pien and I am in my early 40s. Yesterday I finished day 3 of week 2 of C10K. I've never jogged before and to be honest I didn't think I would like it. But till now I enjoyed every training and I feel better. And I am already proud of my achievements. When I started the first week I didn't think I could jog 1 minute, when I started the second week I didn't think I could jog 1,5 minute, but I succeeded! And now I think I can't jog for 3 minutes, but I'll try and hopefully succeed again. I can advise everybody to get of the couch and start training! You just have to start.. And I hope you will also enjoy it!
