It's super hard because I tend to get cravings a lot and feel like I can't control my eating. I am young and attend school and feel super lazy when I get home and don't have the energy to workout Any tips for motivation and weight loss would help ! It would be willing to help with support, an accountability partner. Remember to take it slow, plan on doing each day's routine until you can comfortable do it, it may take several attempts. I find it easier to do my runs early in the morning, before I can talk myself out of it. I am 54 and although I'm in reasonably good shape, I've never run before. We can do this!
