Already paid for upgrade on my android but just got a new iPhone. Do I have to pay again?

So lost and haven't been able to find any info. I already paid for the upgraded app to remove ads and be able to track my runs... but I had to switch to an iPhone and I'm not sure how to get it back. Any info?
