Domski Posted October 18, 2016 Report Share Posted October 18, 2016 By the time you get to the end of week 3 if you went back and did the week 1 runs again you would think they were a breeze! Jschaferhess Posted October 22, 2016 Report Share Posted October 22, 2016 I went directly from the 5k to the 10k app. I am able to do the exercise, but my distance has been a little behind pace at 4.5 miles. I just ran a race this past weekend so the app helped me a lot. I'm just about to train for a marathon. I've already done several half marathons and will hopefully be a nice smooth transition.
