Claire DW Posted August 23, 2016 Report Share Posted August 23, 2016 I am trying this with my son (aged10) as a means for us both to be a bit more serious about exercise. We are only on week 1 day 2 but we are doing ok so far. I also do Zumba (which I love and highly recommend) and cycling (which I also love). Never tried Zumba, but I've heard it's really fun. I also think I struggle a bit with regulating my breathing, but I've found that it's gotten better over time.
