Week 1 is a Wrap!

Can't believe I'm actually doing it, but I am! Week one is officially finished. I'm not going to jump into week two immediately, however. I want to repeat week one in order to get more comfortable with the sets and then move on once I am. Let me know if you think this is a good idea or not. I just want to stay motivated and not burn myself out. Cheers :)
