Blooming_Annie Posted July 24, 2016 Report Share Posted July 24, 2016 I'm curious as to whether folks start with the 3x a week schedule or do you run more frequently than that? I just started the C25K program yesterday for the third time. Three times a week seems like so little but maybe that is part of the magic? Any input or suggestions? Now, on week 7, I find that I personally have to give myself three days between runs. I don't think more than every other day would be recommended.
