How to say no to losing weight

So, I was running regular and managed to work my way towards 8-9k. I wasn't running to lose weight, but generally just increase my fitness. My problem being the Wright just dropped off. Now, the sensible side of me says just eat more but having never been a 'big eater' I find this extremely difficult. I'm a middle aged 40 yr old guy with an office job. I enjoy running and relented and stopped as I didn't want to lose any more weight but desperately want to start again.

You seem to have opposite problem than mine.. I guess Increasing your diet is the only option. You will need a nutritionist who can plan your diet to maintain your current weight..
