RubDMC
Hi all! I used to be a competitive cross-country and track runner in high school. I was even actually kind of good. My theater endeavors, along with some years of unhealthy living, made me give a backseat to running. And now here I am at 37 remembering how much I loved running but scared to dive back in. Today I am going out for W1D1. Wish me luck!
Reetie
Sounds like my story, minus 1 year. Maybe we can do this together to stay motivated. I find it really hard to make myself do anything that requires work or even a little pain. Sfowle22
RubDMC
Let's do it! I just did my Day 1 and it wasn't bad. It got tough for the last 10 minutes because it was really hot and humid out and my sneakers were giving me blisters. But I did the entire thing and felt pretty good. I'm actually excited to keep going! You can do it, Reetie! Let's take the tail end of our 30s by storm!
