FaulkBalls Posted July 4, 2016 Report Share Posted July 4, 2016 Hi there, I used to run Ultras and marathons as a teenager. Then got injured pushing 50 + miles a week. Its been years and I thought this was a good start up for me. My muscles remember a lot of the pounding and 3 runs a week feels like not enough. Can I safely do four instead?
